Experience of sales in Financial, FMCG, FMCD,TELECOM industry would be an added advantage.

Good networking skills to drive and generate leads .

Develop advisers through coaching, training, team management support etc

Plan, Monitor and Review advisers on a weekly basis.

Monitor and review advisers performance. Help them achieve maximum business.

Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
